colorfuldatalisticon1Don Serapio Tamales - we use half beef and half pork, boiled and chopped, and cooked with special spices. We then prepare a thin dough from corn masa, spread it on the corn husk, add the meat, fold and cook!

colorfuldatalisticon1Don Serapio Chile Rellenos - a stuffed Anaheim Pepper wonderful recipe! First, we skin the peppers, stuff them with cheese, then batter and fry them to order. Of course we add our own special secret spices and sauces! This mouth watering treat can be spiced up for those who love hot hot food or served as is for those who like it not so hot.
